Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase if the course remains unaccessed. Any course interaction — viewing content, taking quizzes, or starting lessons — makes the course non-refundable.
Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 3 business days before the course begins. Students who fail to attend forfeit refund eligibility. When a refund isn't available for a live course, students may transfer to a self-paced online version if one is offered.
Our textbooks and workbooks are purchased through Amazon. Shipping, delivery, cancellations, returns, and refunds for these purchases are handled by Amazon under the policies applicable to your order, not Education Depot's course refund policy. Course package refunds incur a $50 handling fee. Partial refunds do not apply to course bundles or partially completed courses. These terms do not apply to textbooks or workbooks purchased through Amazon.
If Education Depot cancels a scheduled course, affected students receive notification by email or phone and may choose between a full refund or course credit.
